Dead Island Webisodes

When Deep Silver came to Future with the opportunity to create a an integrated ad campaign, we hit the ground running. Utilizing Future Studios, we created a four-part webisode series that took the GamesRadar Editors to the island of Banoi. Each week for four weeks, GamesRadar released an episode, which was distributed across YouTube, GamesRadar.com, Facebook, Twitter and a custom Dead Island microsite, where fans hung around after watching the episodes to submit an entry for an all-expense paid trip to "Dead Island". Additional support for the program came from a custom print advertorial that gave readers insight into the game via a fictional "brochure" for the resort on the island of Banoi. Considering the campaign ended in August of 2011, our fans hunger for our zombie webisodes have not abated, and our YouTube numbers for each webisode continue to rise.
