P.O.D. Launch Logo Design Contest

P.O.D., also known as Payable on Death, are giving fans the opportunity to create a new logo for the band. The group will use the new design on its forthcoming new album and will pay the winner $500, give him or her a VIP ticket to a show of their choice, and give him or her exposure on its social-media outlets.


Alesana Release Video for “Lullaby of the Crucified”

Post-hardcore group Alesana have released a video for “Lullaby of the Crucified,” off their latest, A Place Where the Sun Is Silent. GWAR Guitarist Cory “Flattus Maximus” Smoot’s Cause of Death Revealed

The Smoot family and Slave Pit Inc. released a statement regarding the official cause of death of guitarist Cory Smoot. Cory had played the character of Flattus Maximus for over 10 years, and was discovered dead on the band’s tour bus on November 3 of this year. He was 34.
